Conditions for Meela’s matching guarantee

In order for us to offer you a re-match with a free therapy session, you need to fulfil the following conditions for the guarantee.

• The Match Guarantee applies if you notify us of your wish to be re-matched within 30 days of your first therapy session.
• The guarantee covers re-matching if your first therapist does not fulfil the criteria you specified in the matching form.
• The guarantee is valid for one (1) paid re-match per user.
• Meela will only cover the cost of the first meeting with your new therapist according to the fee registered with Meela.
• You need to contact and book the meeting with the new therapist yourself through Meela’s platform. If a matched therapist is not available to see you, we can offer more options.
• To improve our matching services, we may ask you for feedback on your experience with both the first therapist and the re-match.
