Private therapy can cost between 800 and 1800 SEK per session. The most common is 1000-1200 SEK, but depending on the therapist’s experience, training, geographical location and more, it can vary. Digital therapy sessions are sometimes slightly cheaper, but often involve as much work for the therapist before, during and after the session, so can also cost as much as a physical conversation.
